Appointments and Policies
General
At this time, we do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that patients may submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their individual coverage.
Please note that SAAT (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment) is currently not covered by any insurance.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards for eligible services. Payment is due at the time of service.
Yes, we are available by appointment only, so advance booking is required. You can schedule online here, call or text our office at 740-821-2118, or message us on Facebook to set up your appointment.
We understand that life happens, so we allow one missed appointment without penalty. However, any additional missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a charge, as we are an appointment-based practice, and that time could have been offered to another patient. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a fee depending on the service. You may use the patient portal to manage your appointments, including rescheduling and canceling them. You can also call, text, or message us on Facebook.
Missed appointment fees:
$15.00 for Fire Cupping, $50.00 for Allergy Treatment, $50.00 for Alpha Gal Treatment, $50.00 for Acupuncture- New Client, $20.00 for NADA Auricular Acupuncture, $25.00 for Acupuncture- Existing Client
